
Spiced Saffron Rice
Cooked rice mixed with spices and powdered safffron

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rice Cooked
- 1 Tsp Cloves
- 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Small Red Onion Diced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
- ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Sweet Corn
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Tsp Saffron
- 1 Tbsp Coconut
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add cloves, fennel seeds, stir, then add onion and garlic.
- Add sweet corn, green bell pepper, salt, ground ginger and stir.
- Add cooked rice, toss to mix well, add powdered saffron, toss till evenly coated and add salt to taste.
- Saffron rice ready.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
