For The Scrambled Eggs

  • 10 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Margarine

For The Angwa Mo

  • 2 medium Onions (sliced)
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 800 ml Water


  • Crack all the eggs into a mixing bowl add milk, salt and whisk together .
  • Pour the mixture into the frying pan, under medium heat, add a tablespoon of margarine, pour the egg mixture, and scramble the eggs till they brown slightly.
  • Transfer the scrambled egg to a bowl and set aside.
  • Add your margarine in a saucepan under medium heat then add onion slices.
  • Allow onions to caramelize (turn brown).
  • Add the rice and salt. Stir and let it sear for a minute then add water stir, and allow the rice to cook for 30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  • Transfer the scrambled eggs to the cooked rice and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Serve with some avocados, pepper sauce, and any choice of protein.
  • Enjoy this simple yet flavorful dish!
