Brad pudding prepared with cinnamon powder, raspberries and butter

  • 10 Slices of Bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Melted Butter
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Milk
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Icing Sugar
  • Whipped Cream Optional
  • ¼ Tsp Salt


  • Pre-heat oven at 180c.
  • Slice butter bread, place in a dish and set aside.
  • Whisk together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, vanilla essence and set aside.
  • Top the bread with blueberries and raspberries and pour into the egg mixture.
  • Bake at 180c for 15 minutes.
  • Take the pudding out of the oven, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle icing sugar on top.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Cinnamon berry bread pudding ready to serve.
