
Cinnamon Berry Bread Pudding
Brad pudding prepared with cinnamon powder, raspberries and butter

Ingredients
- 10 Slices of Bread
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Melted Butter
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 100 g Milk
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Icing Sugar
- Whipped Cream Optional
- ¼ Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven at 180c.
- Slice butter bread, place in a dish and set aside.
- Whisk together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, vanilla essence and set aside.
- Top the bread with blueberries and raspberries and pour into the egg mixture.
- Bake at 180c for 15 minutes.
- Take the pudding out of the oven, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle icing sugar on top.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Cinnamon berry bread pudding ready to serve.
