  • 1 Pound Pork Belly Diced
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Tsp Black Peppercorn
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Small Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 5 Grains of Selim Hwentia
  • 1 Shrimp Seasoning Cube
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

For Green Pepper Sauce;

  • 1 Petite Belle Pepper Kpakposhito
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Small Ginger


  • Blend onion, black peppercorn, garlic and ginger into a smooth mixture and set aside.
  • Pour diced pork into a saucepan over medium heat, add sliced onion, blended mixture, dry thyme, oregano, salt, grains of selim, stir, cover and let cook for 25 minutes or until soft and tender.
  • Blend petite belle pepper, onion, ginger and garlic into a smooth mixture and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add cooked pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • Then pour the blended pepper mixture on the pork and stir to coat evenly.
  • Add shrimp seasoning, salt, stir and let simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Kpakposhito pork ready to serve.
