
Vegetable Salad
Vegetable salad with baked beans dressed with mayonnaise mixture and garnished with work

Ingredients
- 2 Bundles of Lettuce Sliced
- 2 Large Tomatoes Sliced
- 1 Large Cucumber Sliced
- 1 Large Carrot Diced
- 1 Medium White Onion Slices
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 200 g Baked Beans
- 125 g Sardine
For Dressing
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Clove of Garlic Minced
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp 1 TsWhite Vinegar
Instructions
- Place lettuce in a salad dish, followed by tomato slices, cucumber, carrot, onion slices, then egg slices.
- Continue the process with the remaining vegetables.
- Spread the baked beans on top, followed by the sardine, onion slices and set aside.
- Mix the mayonnaise with garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and vinegar.
- Scoop the salad into a bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
- Home made Ghana salad ready to serve.
