Spiced Saffron Rice
Cooked rice mixed with spices and powdered safffron

- 2 Cups Rice Cooked
- 1 Tsp Cloves
- 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Small Red Onion Diced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
- ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Sweet Corn
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Tsp Saffron
- 1 Tbsp Coconut
- Oil
- Salt
Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add cloves, fennel seeds, stir, then add onion and garlic.
Add sweet corn, green bell pepper, salt, ground ginger and stir.
Add cooked rice, toss to mix well, add powdered saffron, toss till evenly coated and add salt to taste.
Saffron rice ready.
Serve with tomato sauce.
