
Palm Oiled Eba
Gari and palm oil boiled and moulded into balls and served with soup
Equipment
- Sauce Pan
- Wooden Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 Cups 2 Cups of Gari
- 3 Tbsp Palm Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1½ Cups Water
Instructions
- Pour water into a sauce pan.
- Add salt, palm oil and bring to a boil.
- Add gari, stirring continuously with a wooden ladle to avoid lumps.
- Knead until mixed evenly.
- Scoop and mould into balls.
- Palm oiled eba ready to serve.
