Banoffee Mashed Kenkey

- 1 Ice Cream Scoop
- Coffee Can Cup
- Straw
Ingredients
- 2 whole Fante Kenkey (cut in chunks)
- 1 cup Milk Powder
- ½ cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- ¾ cup Caramel Sauce
- 60 grams Ice Cubes
- 2 whole Bananas (medium)
Instructions
- In a blender add fante kenkey, milk powder, evaporated milk, vanilla essence, vanilla ice cream ice, caramel sauce, and bananas.
- Blend ingredients until velvety smooth.
- In a glass cup drizzle some caramel sauce.
- pour the blended mixture, and top it up with whipped cream and butterscotch toffee.
- Enjoy your banana toffee mashed kenkey!
