Rice Crispies Chicken Tots

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Rubber spatula
  • Sharp knife
  • Frying Pan


  • 100 grams chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • tbsp ginger powder
  • tsp salt
  • 2 unit eggs (for eggwash)
  • 2 cups rice krispies™
  • 300 ml vegetable oil


  • Season the diced chicken breast with garlic granules, ginger powder, black pepper, salt , stir and set aside
  • Whisk the eggs and set aside
  • Pour the rice krispies™ into a bowl and set aside too
  • Take one of the seasoned chicken breast, dip in the egg wash then coat with the rice krispies™
  • Carefully place in a heated vegetable oil and deep-fry for 5-7 minutes. Take out and place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil
  • Rice krispies™ chicken tots ready. Serve with tomato ketchup
