Rice Crispies Chicken Tots

Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisk
- Rubber spatula
- Sharp knife
- Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 100 grams chicken breast (diced)
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- tbsp ginger powder
- 1½ tsp salt
- 2 unit eggs (for eggwash)
- 2 cups rice krispies™
- 300 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken breast with garlic granules, ginger powder, black pepper, salt , stir and set aside
- Whisk the eggs and set aside
- Pour the rice krispies™ into a bowl and set aside too
- Take one of the seasoned chicken breast, dip in the egg wash then coat with the rice krispies™
- Carefully place in a heated vegetable oil and deep-fry for 5-7 minutes. Take out and place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil
- Rice krispies™ chicken tots ready. Serve with tomato ketchup
