Goat Soup Noodles
Equipment
- Saucepan
- Blender
- Wooden Spatula
- Sharp knife
Ingredients
- 1 med Onion
- 1 small Onion diced
- 6 Red Scotch Bonnet
- 10 springs of Spring Onions
- 2 red Chilli chopped
- 6 cloves of Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Anise Seeds
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 400 grams Noodle Pack
- 1 med Smoked Fish deboned
- 1 piece Aidan Fruit prekese
- 1 ltr Water
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat add your washed goat meat, garlic, ginger, black pepper, anise seeds, oregano, thyme, salt, and onions and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and allow it to steam for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil, add whole tomatoes, onions and scotch bonnet then, let it simmer for 20 minutes.Transfer the boiled vegetables to a blender and till smooth.
- Add in smoked catfish, prekese and boil for another 15 minutes then you add the noodles and let it cook for 5 minutes
- Add in chopped chili and spring onions
- Goat light soup noodles is ready to serve, best served hot.
