
Chicken Lasagne
Lasagna sheets spread with tomato chicken sauce, topped with cheese and baked.

Ingredients
- 12 Lasagna Sheets
- 150 g Cheddar Cheese
- 100 g Mozzarella Cheese Grated
For Tomato Sauce;
- 5 Medium Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 Medium Red Onion Sliced
- 1 Small Red Onion Chopped
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- 200 g Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
For the Chicken;
- 1 Pound Chicken Breast Minced
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Blend tomatoes onion and garlic into a smooth mixture and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat add onion stir and let sweat for a minute then add tomato paste stir and let simmer for 3 minutes.,
- Add blended tomato mixture, stir and let simmer down for 5 minutes add cayenne pepper salt bay leaves stir and let simmer for 2 minutes and take off the heat.,
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok add garlic stir then add the minced chicken oregano dried basil black pepper salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes.,
- Pre-heat the oven at 180c.
- Place the lasagna sheets in a baking dish, spread the tomato sauce chicken and cheddar cheese., Continue with the remaining ingredients, Top with mozzarella cheese.,
- Bake at 150c for 30 minutes.,Chicken lasagna ready to serve.
