Ingredients
- 20 reg Alasa African Star Fruit
- 4 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Peel the skin of the Alasa fruit, Separate the fruit pulp, and discard the seeds
- In a saucepan on medium heat, pour sugar, and water and stir to mix
- Add Alasa fruit pulp and let it simmer for 20 minutes consistently stir till it thickens and releases its beautiful flavors and colors
- let it cool before transferring it into a jar or serving
- Serve with bread/pancakes/waffles/deserts
