Ingredients
- 2 Cups Soft Flour Sieved
- Three Quaters Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 4 Tbsp Margarine
- 1 Egg
- 50 ml Milk
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, Mix flour, Add sugar, Add nutmeg, Add baking powder and salt together,
- Rub in the margarine,
- Then add egg, Add milk and mix into a dough, Flour a flat surface,
- Rolling pin and roll the dough into an inch thick layer
- Using a rolling cutter, Cut the dough into cubes and sprinkle with flour to prevent from sticking together
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, Drop the dough into the oil and deep-fry until golden and crisp.,
- Take out of the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil, Chin chin ready to serve
