Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Soft Flour Sieved
  • Three Quaters Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml Milk
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, Mix flour, Add sugar, Add nutmeg, Add baking powder and salt together,
  • Rub in the margarine,
  • Then add egg, Add milk and mix into a dough, Flour a flat surface,
  • Rolling pin and roll the dough into an inch thick layer
  • Using a rolling cutter, Cut the dough into cubes and sprinkle with flour to prevent from sticking together
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, Drop the dough into the oil and deep-fry until golden and crisp.,
  • Take out of the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil, Chin chin ready to serve
