
Chili Prawn Sauce
Chilli spiced sauce made with prawns which can be served with a plate of rice

- Chopping Board
- Sharp knife
- Bowl
- Frying Pan
- Wooden Spatula
Ingredients
- 200 g Prawns Deveined
- 1 Medium Red Onion Diced
- 1 Medium Ginger Grated
- 4 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
- 1 Shrimp Seasoning Cube
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Red Chili Chopped
- 5 Baby Carrot Sliced
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 Medium Zucchini Chopped
- 1 Tsp Corn Starch Oil
Instructions
- Peel and devein the prawns, Wash thoroughly and set aside
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add onion, Add ginger, Garlic, Stir and let sweat for a minute.,
- , Add prawns, shrimp seasoning, Stir and let cook for 2 minutes
- Add smoked paprika, chopped Red chilli, Carrot, Zucchini, Stir and sautée for 2minutes.
- Mix corn starch with one quarter cup of water pour it in the sauce, Stir and let it simmer
- Adjust salt to your taste,Chili Prawn sauce ready to serve
