Chilli spiced sauce made with prawns which can be served with a plate of rice

  • 200 g Prawns Deveined
  • 1 Medium Red Onion Diced
  • 1 Medium Ginger Grated
  • 4 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
  • 1 Shrimp Seasoning Cube
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Red Chili Chopped
  • 5 Baby Carrot Sliced
  • 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Medium Zucchini Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Corn Starch Oil


  • Peel and devein the prawns, Wash thoroughly and set aside
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
  • Add onion, Add ginger, Garlic, Stir and let sweat for a minute.,
  • , Add prawns, shrimp seasoning, Stir and let cook for 2 minutes
  • Add smoked paprika, chopped Red chilli, Carrot, Zucchini, Stir and sautée for 2minutes.
  • Mix corn starch with one quarter cup of water pour it in the sauce, Stir and let it simmer
  • Adjust salt to your taste,Chili Prawn sauce ready to serve
