A spicy sauce prepared with Kale leaves and beef fillet

Ingredients
- 100 100g Beef Fillet (Shredded)
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Large Tomato (Chopped)
- 1 Chili (Chopped)
- 200 g Kale Leaves (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Beef Stock
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, and add shredded beef fillet, minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add diced onion, stir until translucent, then add the chopped tomato, chilli, stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped kale leaves, beef stock, stir and let wilt.
- Sukumi ready to serve
