A spicy sauce prepared with Kale leaves and beef fillet

  • 100 100g Beef Fillet (Shredded)
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Large Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1 Chili (Chopped)
  • 200 g Kale Leaves (Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Beef Stock


  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, and add shredded beef fillet, minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add diced onion, stir until translucent, then add the chopped tomato, chilli, stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chopped kale leaves, beef stock, stir and let wilt.
  • Sukumi ready to serve
