Wasa Wasa Sauce
Local sauce made with tomatoes and Scotch Bell Pepper
- Frying Pan
- Wooden Spatula
- 4 Medium Tomatoes Diced
- 1 Large Onion Diced
- 4 Yellow Scotch Bonnet Pepper Chopped
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium heat, add diced onion, tomatoes, scotch bonnet pepper, salt, stir continuously for 5 minutes.
- Add the diced green bell , stir and let simmer for a minute.
- Wassa wassa sauce ready, best served with fried yam, rice etc
