Palm Oil Rice Balls
Short grain rice cooked in palm oil water and moulded into balls
- Sauce Pan
- Wooden Spatula
- 2 Cups Short Grain Rice (Washed)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Palm Oil
- 500 ml Water
- Pour water into a saucepan over medium heat. Add salt, palm oil and bring to a boil.
- Add washed short grained rice, stir, cover and let it cook until soft.
- Knead into a dough and mould into balls or any shape of your choice.
- Palm oil rice balls ready to serve.
