
Kpakposhito Wings
Chicken wings simmered in soy sauce and kpakposhito coating

- Glass Mixing Bowl
- Plastic foil
- Blender
- Frying Pan

Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
For the Pepper Sauce;
- 1 Cup Petite Belle Pepper Kpakposhito
- 6 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Small Ginger Chopped
- 1 Cup Chives Chopped
- 1 Medium White Onion Sliced for Garnish
- ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Cut the wings into three parts and place in a bowl.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, stir and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Pour kpakposhito into a blender, add garlic, ginger, chives, water and blend into a paste.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat, add the marinated wings and stir-fry for 7 minutes. Then add the blended kpakposhito mixture.
- Stir to coat evenly and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Kpakposhito wings ready.
- Garnish with onion slices and serve.
