
Fonio Balls
Fonio cooked in hot water and moulded into balls
Equipment
- Sauce Pan
- Wooden Spatula
- Small Plastic Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Fonio
- 1 Liter Water
Instructions
- Bring half of the water to a boil.
- Add the fonio, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Knead to get a smooth dough, then add the remaining water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Knead into a smooth dough, scoop and mould into small balls.
- Fonio balls ready to serve.
