Amala / Kokonte
Cassava flour cooked in hot water and can be served with hot groundnut soup
- Sauce Pan
- 2 Cups Cassava Powder
- 300 ml 300ml Water
- Boil 500ml of water in a saucepan.
- Add the cassava flour in bits, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Knead until there are no lumps and cooked through for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Scoop into serving bowls and set aside.
- Amala / Kokonte ready to serve.
