Ingredients
- For the Chicken;
- 4 Chicken Breasts Diced
- ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- For stew;
- 1 Large Onion Slices
- 6 Large Tomatoes
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- ¼ Cup Scotch Bonnet Pepper
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- A Handful of Fresh Basil
- 2 Medium Carrots Sliced
- 1 Tsp Salt
