
Chicken Feet Pepper Soup

- Blender

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken feet
- 1 tsp ground grains of paradise
- 1 tsp African orchid nutmeg ground
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- A handful of fresh basil chopped
- 1 medium onion, puree
- 10 scotch bonnet pepper blended
- 7 African orchid nutmeg
- 15 grains of selim
- 1 tsp grains of paradise
- 1 tsp anise seeds
- 1 tsbp salt
- 400 ml water
Instructions
- Pour the chicken feet into a saucepan over medium heat, add the grains of paradise, African orchid nutmeg, black pepper, salt, basil, onion puree, blended scotch bonnet pepper, stir and let simmer for 5-7 minutes
- Pour the African orchid nutmeg into a dry blender, add grains of selim, grains of paradise, anise seeds and blend into a smooth mixture then pour onto the chicken feet
- Add salt , water, stir and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Chicken feet pepper soup ready to serve
