Instructions
Place lettuce in a salad dish, followed by tomato slices, cucumber, carrot, onion slices, then egg slices.
Continue the process with the remaining vegetables.
Spread the baked beans on top, followed by the sardine, onion slices and set aside.
Mix the mayonnaise with garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and vinegar.
Scoop the salad into a bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
Home made Ghana salad ready to serve.
