
Spicy Butterfly Gizzard

Ingredients
- 300 grams Gizzard
- 5 Red Chili Pepper Chopped
- 3 springs of Spring Onions Chopped
- 3 Basil Leaves Sliced
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Wash and score the fresh gizzard with a knife.
- In a pan over medium heat drizzle some oil, add in your gizzard, ginger, garlic, basil, black pepper, salt and stir to coat evenlycontinuously stir-fry it for 5 minutes.
- Add in chili peppers, onion, soy sauce, paprika, and spring onions, then let it sear for another 5 munites.
- Spicy butterfly gizzard ready to serve.
