Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams Gizzard
  • 5 Red Chili Pepper Chopped
  • 3 springs of Spring Onions Chopped
  • 3 Basil Leaves Sliced
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and score the fresh gizzard with a knife.
  • In a pan over medium heat drizzle some oil, add in your gizzard, ginger, garlic, basil, black pepper, salt and stir to coat evenlycontinuously stir-fry it for 5 minutes.
  • Add in chili peppers, onion, soy sauce, paprika, and spring onions, then let it sear for another 5 munites.
  • Spicy butterfly gizzard ready to serve.
