Naughty Coco Beet
An African juice made from natural fruits and honey. Must be served chilled with a straw.

- 100 g pineapple chopped
- 50 g boiled beetroot chopped
- 2 tbsp passion fruit pulp
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30 ml white rum
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup ice
- Pour the chopped pineapple into a blender, add the beetroot, passion fruit pulp, honey, rum, coconut milk , ice and blend into a smooth mixture
- Pour into a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves
- Naughty coco beet ready to serve
Kid-Friendly Adaptation: Serve in a cup or plastic container.
