Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cooked beetroot
- 1 cup thawed frozen raspberry
- 400 ml almond milk
- ½ cup ice
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
- Pour the smoothie in serving glasses and garnish with mint leaves
