Beetroot Angwa mo
Braised rice prepare with beetroot
- Sauce Pan
- Wooden Spatula
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion sliced
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup beetroot puree
- 100 ml water
- Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add sliced onions, stir until slightly golden.
- Add the rice, salt, stir and braise for 5 minutes then add the beetroot puree and stir in.
- Add water, stir, cover and let cook for 25- 30 minutes.
- Beetroot angwa mo rice ready to serve
