In a saucepan over medium heat add your washed goat meat, garlic, ginger, black pepper, anise seeds, oregano, thyme, salt, and onions and stir to coat evenly.
Cover and allow it to steam for 5 minutes.
Add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil, add whole tomatoes, onions and scotch bonnet then, let it simmer for 20 minutes.Transfer the boiled vegetables to a blender and till smooth.
Add in smoked catfish, prekese and boil for another 15 minutes then you add the noodles and let it cook for 5 minutes
Add in chopped chili and spring onions
Goat light soup noodles is ready to serve, best served hot.
