
Crunchy Peanut Coated Chicken Fingers
Striped chicken breast marinated and fried in crushed peanut coating

Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 1 Medium Ginger Grated
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Peanuts Crushed
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 2 Eggs For Egg Wash
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in a bowl.
- Add smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, stir, cover with cling film and set to marinate for an hour.
- Dip each stripe in the flour, then in the egg wash and coat with the crushed peanuts and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and carefully drop the coated chicken and fry for 3 minutes on each side.

- Peanut crusted chicken ready to serve.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
