Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in a bowl.
Add smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, stir, cover with cling film and set to marinate for an hour.
Dip each stripe in the flour, then in the egg wash and coat with the crushed peanuts and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and carefully drop the coated chicken and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
