Ingredients
  

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
  • 1 Medium Ginger Grated
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Peanuts Crushed
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 2 Eggs For Egg Wash
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in a bowl.
  • Add smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, stir, cover with cling film and set to marinate for an hour.
  • Dip each stripe in the flour, then in the egg wash and coat with the crushed peanuts and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and carefully drop the coated chicken and fry for 3 minutes on each side.

  • Peanut crusted chicken ready to serve.
  • Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
