
Beef Sauce
Spicy vegetable sauce made with beef fillet and can be served with a bowl of rice

Ingredients
- ½ Pound Beef Fillet
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Crushed
- 1 Small Ginger Grated
- 1 Cube Beef Seasoning
- 1 Large Carrot Sliced
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 2 Medium Red Chilli Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Medium Zucchini Sliced
Instructions
- Pour sesame oil into a pan over medium heat, then add beef fillet and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add crushed garlic, ginger, beef seasoning, stir and let simmer for a minute.
- Add carrots, green bell pepper, stir, then add onion, red chilli, soy sauce and stir.
- Mix corn starch with water and pour mixture into the sauce and stir.
- Add zucchini, stir and let simmer for a minute.
- Beef sauce is ready.
