Spicy vegetable sauce made with beef fillet and can be served with a bowl of rice

  • ½ Pound Beef Fillet
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic Crushed
  • 1 Small Ginger Grated
  • 1 Cube Beef Seasoning
  • 1 Large Carrot Sliced
  • 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 2 Medium Red Chilli Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Medium Zucchini Sliced


  • Pour sesame oil into a pan over medium heat, then add beef fillet and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add crushed garlic, ginger, beef seasoning, stir and let simmer for a minute.
  • Add carrots, green bell pepper, stir, then add onion, red chilli, soy sauce and stir.
  • Mix corn starch with water and pour mixture into the sauce and stir.
  • Add zucchini, stir and let simmer for a minute.
  • Beef sauce is ready.
