Lamugee (Spiced Rice Drink)

Rice drink made with blended rice, ginger and clove spiced with banana essence

  • Glass Mixing Bowl
  • Blender
  • Seave
  • Rubber spatula


  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Cloves
  • 2 Cup Rice
  • 1 Cup Sugar


  • Soak rice overnight.
  • Wash and rinse.
  • Pour into a blender, add ginger, cloves, water and blend into a smooth mixture.
  • Strain twice, add sugar, banana essence, stir and set in the fridge for an hour.
  • Lamugee ready. Serve on ice cubes.
