
Lamugee (Spiced Rice Drink)
Rice drink made with blended rice, ginger and clove spiced with banana essence
Equipment
- Glass Mixing Bowl
- Blender
- Seave
- Rubber spatula
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rice
- 1 Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Ginger
- 1 Tsp Cloves
- 2 Cup Rice
- 1 Cup Sugar
Instructions
- Soak rice overnight.
- Wash and rinse.
- Pour into a blender, add ginger, cloves, water and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Strain twice, add sugar, banana essence, stir and set in the fridge for an hour.
- Lamugee ready. Serve on ice cubes.
