
Buttermilk
A sweet beverage made with whole and millk and lemon juice

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of whole milk into a jar, add the lemon juice, stir and let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- When ready the milk will be slightly thickened with small curdled bits.
- Buttermilk ready for use. NB To preserve, refrigerate in a sealed container. Lasts for weeks
