
Beef Coconut Rice
Brainsed rice prepared with coconut milk, coconut oil and beef

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rice
- ½ Pound Beef
- 1 Medium Onion Sliced
- 500 ml Coconut Milk
- ¼ Cup Coconut Flakes
- 1 Small Ginger Grated
- 5 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add onion, stir and let sweat for a minute.
- Add beef, ginger, garlic, salt, stir and let it caramelize for 5 minutes.
- Add coconut milk, coconut flakes, salt, stir and let simmer for a minute.
- Add washed rice, stir, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
- Take off heat.
- Coconut beef rice ready. Serve with ground chilli sauce.
