Telande Shrimp & Bacon Stir Fry

Equipment
- Stir-fry Pan
- Chopping Board
- Rubber spatula
- Sharp knife
Ingredients
- 5 rashes of bacon (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 grams shrimps (de-vined)
- 1 tbsp garlic puree
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 75 grams linguine pasta (cooked)
- 1 medium carrot (shredded)
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- ½ medium yellow bell pepper (diced)
- ½ medium red bell pepper (diced)
Instructions
- Pour the bacon into a heated pan, stir–fry for 3 minutes and take out
- Pour the olive oil into the pan, add the shrimps, garlic puree, black pepper, salt, sautee for 2 minutes the add the cooked pasta, toss, then add the bacon, carrot, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper
- Toss to mix evenly then adjust the salt
- Shrimp-bacon pasta ready to serve
Notes
Kid-Friendly Adaptation: Cook the chicken in broth instead of buffalo sauce. Shred and drain off excess liquid. Put some of the chicken aside for the kiddos (plain, no sauce) and toss the remaining chicken with the buffalo sauce before you broil it.
