  • 500 grams Prawns whole
  • 600 grams Rice cooked
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Broccoli Grains
  • 1 each Mixed Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 med Carrot diced
  • 1 small Onions diced
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil


  • Finely chop half of the prawns and add to the whole prawns in a mixing bowl, then add in some minced garlic, ginger paprika, black pepper, salt and mix all together.
  • In a pan over high heat pour in some avocado oil, put in the seasoned whole prawns, and sear for 2 minutes then, transfer the prawns to another bowl.
  • Crack 2 eggs into the same pan and scramble for 2 minutes before adding the minced prawns, stir fry for 1 minute.
  • Add in diced carrots, and diced onions and continue stir-frying for another minute, proceed by adding broccoli grains, mixed bell peppers, nutmeg, garlic powder, and salt, stir fry for 3 minutes before adding in whole prawns and stir them in.
  • Loaded shrimp fried rice is ready to serve.
