
Baked Eggs
Eggs baked with vegetable and served with pepper sprinkled in it

Ingredients
- 5 Medium Size Eggs
- 50 g 50g Broccoli Florets
- 100 g Bacon Diced
- 1 Small Onion Sliced
- 4 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 50 g Cheddar Cheese Grated
- Butter Melted
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 celsius.
- Grease baking dish with melted butter.
- Add broccoli, eggs, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, diced bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
