- 5 Medium Size Eggs
- 50 g 50g Broccoli Florets
- 100 g Bacon Diced
- 1 Small Onion Sliced
- 4 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 50 g Cheddar Cheese Grated
- Butter Melted
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
Pre-heat the oven at 180 celsius.
Grease baking dish with melted butter.
Add broccoli, eggs, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, diced bacon and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
