Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cornmeal
- 600 ml Water
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Add salt, then the cornmeal, and let it boil in the water for 3 minutes before stirring in.
- Knead to get a smooth dough and cooked through for about 15 minutes.
- Transfer into a bowl, level with a spoon and set aside till serving.
- Ugali ready to serve. Slice into equal parts and shareNB best served warm.
