Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole Fante Kenkey (cut in chunks)
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • ½ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ¾ cup Caramel Sauce
  • 60 grams Ice Cubes
  • 2 whole Bananas (medium)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add fante kenkey, milk powder, evaporated milk, vanilla essence, vanilla ice cream ice, caramel sauce, and bananas.
  • Blend ingredients until velvety smooth.
  • In a glass cup drizzle some caramel sauce.
  • pour the blended mixture, and top it up with whipped cream and butterscotch toffee.
  • Enjoy your banana toffee mashed kenkey!
