Instructions
Peel the skin of the Alasa fruit, Separate the fruit pulp, and discard the seeds
In a saucepan on medium heat, pour sugar, and water and stir to mix
Add Alasa fruit pulp and let it simmer for 20 minutes consistently stir till it thickens and releases its beautiful flavors and colors
let it cool before transferring it into a jar or serving
Serve with bread/pancakes/waffles/deserts
