Ingredients
  

  • 20 reg Alasa African Star Fruit
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Peel the skin of the Alasa fruit, Separate the fruit pulp, and discard the seeds
  • In a saucepan on medium heat, pour sugar, and water and stir to mix
  • Add Alasa fruit pulp and let it simmer for 20 minutes consistently stir till it thickens and releases its beautiful flavors and colors
  • let it cool before transferring it into a jar or serving
  • Serve with bread/pancakes/waffles/deserts
