Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 cup Ginger
  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Corn
  • 1 tsp Anise Seeds
  • 10 Habanero Peppers
  • 8 Green Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • 600 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 680 grams Corned Beef
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add onions, ginger ,garlic, peppers, black pepper corn and anise seeds, vegetable oil and blend until smooth.
  • In a pot over medium heat, pour in blended ingredients.
  • Gently stir and allow to cook for 20
  • Stir occasionally as and when it’s needed.
  • Once it browns, gently crash your corned beef and add to your shito and stir.
  • Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning
  • Add in the curry powder, rosemary, bay leaves and salt .
  • Allow to simmer for about 10 more minutes and set aside to cool.
  • Serve this with any side dish of choice .
  • Enjoy!!
