Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, and add shredded beef fillet, minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add diced onion, stir until translucent, then add the chopped tomato, chilli, stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped kale leaves, beef stock, stir and let wilt.
Sukumi ready to serve
