In a blender, add onions, ginger, garlic, peppers, black peppercorn and anise seeds, vegetable oil, and blend until smooth.
In a pot over medium heat, pour in blended ingredient.
Gently stir and allow to cook for 20.
Stir occassionally as and when it's needed.
Once it browns, gently crash your corned beef and, add to your shito and stir.
Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Add in the curry powder, rosemary, bay leaves, and salt.
Allow to simmer for about 10 more minutes and set aside to cool.
Serve this with any side dish of choice. Enjoy!
