Sprinkle some of the plantain flour on a flat surface and on a rolling pin
Take a portion of the dough, place on the board and roll into a thin sheet, cut out with a square cutter then cut across the square into triangle shapes
Carefully place in a heated vegetable oil and fry until golden and crispy or until the chips starts to float on the on the oil for 3-4 minutes. Take out of the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil
Plantain nachos ready to serve. Serve with any dip of your choice
