Ingredients
200
grams
fresh baby crabs
(cleaned)

cup
soft flour
2
eggs
2
cloves of garlic
1
tbsp
smoked paprika
1
tbsp
black pepper
1
tbsp
salt
800
ml
vegetable oil
For The Dip
1
clove of garlic
1
tbsp
powdered ginger
1
tbsp
chili flakes
½
tbsp
salt

ml
soy sauce
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the dip together and set aside
Add garlic, ginger powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and salt to the washed crabs and mix in till evenly combined
Pick each crab and coat with flour then dip in egg wash then into the flour
Repeat the same process for all the crabs then dump them in heated vegetable oil
Deep fry for 6 minutes
Crispy fried baby crabs ready to serve, serve with a spicy soy dip or any sauce of your choice
