Cinnamon Berry Bread Pudding

- 10 Slices of Bread
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Melted Butter
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 100 g Milk
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Icing Sugar
- Whipped Cream Optional
- ¼ Tsp Salt
Pre-heat oven at 180c.
Slice butter bread, place in a dish and set aside.
Whisk together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, vanilla essence and set aside.
Top the bread with blueberries and raspberries and pour into the egg mixture.
Bake at 180c for 15 minutes.
Take the pudding out of the oven, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle icing sugar on top.
Top with whipped cream.
Cinnamon berry bread pudding ready to serve.
