Pour goat meat into a saucepan over medium heat
Add Fresh Onion
Add Ginger
Add Garlic
Add Thyme
Add Oregano
Add Beef Seasoning
Add Salt
Add water,Stir,Cover and let boil for 40 minutes and set aside.
Heat oil in a saucepan
Add cooked goat meat,Fry for 5 minutes then take them out of the oil and set aside.
Add sliced onion to the oil,Stir and let sweat then add tomato paste
Stir and let simmer
Add pureed tomatoes, onion, scotch bonnet pepper, stir and let simmer down
Add ginger powder, garlic powder, white pepper, beef seasoning, stir and let simmer then add fried goat meat
Add stock, stir and let simmer for 5mins
Add rice, salt, a bit of water, stir and let cook on medium low heat for 25mins checking on regularly.
Add green bell pepper, white onion, stir and cover for a minute
