Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Shea butter
  • 1 cup soft flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 170°C
  • In a mixing bowl add shea butter, sugar, vanilla essence and mix in
  • Add flour and mix in till a crumbly texture is formed then gently press it into a dough
  • Transfer the dough to a parchment lined surface, use your fingers to press the dough down gently
  • Place another baking paper on the dough and carefully use the rolling pin to roll it down to an inch thick
  • Place them on a baking try and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10-12 minutes
  • Shea butter cookies ready to serve

Notes

Kid-Friendly Adaptation: Serve with ice-cold ocean spray cran-grape juice.
